It's not the fanciest but is honestly super quiet, free wifi, water pressure is good, electricity is good and steady and within minutes drive time to the beach and public fishing pier and dumpster for trash... can't ask for much more in an Rv park

We have been so happy with our decision to stay here for the week.  FHU sites, plenty of space for our 43’ fifth wheel, and the most friendly camp host!  Just minutes from Magnolia Beach where you can fish, play in the sand or swim in the bay. They do not have a dump station.  So if you need water and to empty your tanks, plan to stay a night. I was here when cold wind, rain and a little snow hit the area and it was a nice place to have full hookups. Only 15 or so sites. Check the site. There was leveling issues but could not ask for nicer manager. Michelle was very sweet.
